Welcome to Pawty! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pawty mobile application ("App") operated by Pawty ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pawty, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pawty is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform pet photos into animated dancing videos. The service requires an active subscription to access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

Pawty offers the following subscription options:

• Weekly: $7.99 per week - includes 30 tokens (3 video generations)
• Monthly: $24.99 per month - includes 100 tokens (10 video generations)

Token Packs

Active subscribers can purchase additional token packs:

• 30 tokens for $9.99 (one-time purchase)

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Tokens and Video Generation

• Each video generation costs 10 tokens
• Tokens are refreshed at the start of each subscription period
• Unused tokens do not roll over to the next subscription period
• Purchased token packs are added to your balance and remain until used
• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded

5. User Content

Your Photos

You retain ownership of all photos you upload to Pawty. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating dancing videos.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
• Depicts violence or cruelty to animals
• Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities

Generated Videos

Videos generated by Pawty are for your personal use. You may share them on social media and other platforms. We do not claim ownership of your generated videos.

6. Intellectual Property

The Pawty app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Share your account with others
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
• Use the App to create content that is harmful or offensive

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Pawty available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or outages
• Factors beyond our control

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pawty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Generated videos will meet your expectations
• Results will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@pawtyapp.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
