Simply upload a clear photo of your pet, choose a dance style from our collection, and tap "Generate". Our AI will create a dancing video of your pet in about 1-2 minutes!

For best results, use a clear photo where your pet is fully visible, facing the camera, and well-lit. Avoid blurry images or photos where your pet is partially hidden.

Each video generation costs 10 tokens. Weekly subscribers get 30 tokens (3 videos) per week. Monthly subscribers get 100 tokens (10 videos) per month. You can also purchase additional token packs.

Subscription tokens refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. However, tokens purchased through token packs remain in your account until used.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Pawty > Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

Video generation typically takes 1-2 minutes. If it's taking longer, please check your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@pawtyapp.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and we'll process your request within 48 hours.
